When I started working out I thought "how can I do this better?" I mean going to the gym and lifting can be fun (or not, for some people), but I was looking for results! I wanted to know, how I could add 10 lbs of muscle in the next 2 months!

I was eating (what I thought was the right food at the time) and I was working out. But how will I know if what I am doing is actually working or not? How much money do I have to spend on all of these supplements? How many more workouts do I have to read about being "the next greatest thing?" Eventually I just felt like I was p*****g in the wind!

So I thought about it for a minute, and it came to me! There is a software program that makes just about ANYTHING easier. Why don't I just create a software program that will do all of this for me?

I wanted a software program that I could use to plan, schedule, track, and analyze all of my training info. What in the world can't you improve by tracking and analyzing? Seriously!

There really isn't anything that I could think of that couldn't be improved by simply taking a look at what works, what doesn't, and adapting! And when we are talking about a whole heck of a lot of hard work, time, and money it seems like bodybuilding was a perfect candidate!

So I spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars researching and putting together the best program I could.

For example, I just want to know how much Protein I have taken in each day for the last week. I don't need to know what, when, where, and how the protein was killed, prepared, cooked, and ingested!

  • Think less about what workout you are going to do and concentrate on actually working out! With this software you can take the time to input your training program and it will print out workout sheets so all you have to do is complete each and every workout.
  • Quit trying to figure out what to eat at each meal! Just plug in your some physical stats and the program will estimate your daily calorie intake. Plug in the macronutrient percentages that you want to try out and the program will tell you how many calories and grams of protein, carbs, and fat to take in. Plug in how many meals you are going to eat each day and the program will tell you exactly how many calories and grams of food to eat at each meal.
  • Stop trying to figure out if you are meeting all your goals! By taking your measurements and plugging them into the program on a regular basis, the program does all the work for you. The program will estimate your body fat and track all of your body measurements. You can see how much your biceps have grown and how much body fat you have lost in the past month by running a simple report.
  • See if you have been using the right amount of supplements! You can track each and every supplement you are taking. You will be able to see a complete history of each and every supplement you ever take.
  • Customize workouts to fit you! When you find the latest and greatest workout program you can plug it into the program and have a customized workout. The program will keep track of your lifts on specific exercises so you will have your estimated one rep max to work with. Have the program estimate your intakes, plug in your daily nutritional intake, and track your supplements all from one simple form.

Training Section

The comprehensive training section allows you to use pre planned programs, or create your own. You can create your own programs and save them for future use. You can even trade programs with other users!

Design workout

When designing or modifying a workout you can control virtually any aspect of the routine. Length of time, bodypart, exercise, % of one rep max, days, and more are all of the options to select from.

Tracking Section

You are able to track virtually all aspects of your training in the tracking section. You can just track one or two items or a whole bunch of stats at the same time.

Schedule Section

The schedule section allows you to plug in a range of dates and have the program print out a schedule that you can carry with you and write on.

If you are a “runner” or “fitness enthusiast” than this is probably THE WRONG program for you. So the only “aerobic” tracking in RippedPro is for when you want to go that extra mile and shave your body fat down from 10% to 8%.
